VNS board member Le Hai Doan acquired only 909,000 shares (23% of his 4-million target) via negotiated deal with Kim Nguu Consulting, citing a change in plans. His stake rose to 14.89%, while VNS Q1/2026 net profit dropped 56% year-on-year to 6.2 billion VND.

Vinasun (VNS) reported 2024 revenue of VND 882B (-19%) and net profit of under VND 40B (-52.38%), marking a fourth consecutive year of negative growth. The company forecasts 2025 revenue to inch up 2% but net profit to fall further to around VND 32B, citing intense competition from ride-hailing apps and weak consumer demand.

AAV Group (AAV) board member Phạm Quang Khánh registered to sell 15 million shares, potentially reducing his stake from over 23.5% to about 1.8% and raising VND 117B, while Vinasun (VNS) board member Lê Hải Đoàn registered to buy 4.9 million shares to increase his stake to 13.56%.
