BWE sees an insider-related party, Thương mại N.T.P, register to buy 995,000 shares, lifting its stake from 0.0023% to 0.455%. Separately, Biwase will close shareholder list on July 24 for a rights offering of 31.4 million shares at 37,000 VND each, aiming to raise nearly VND 1,162.5 billion.

BWE is splitting into four wholly-owned subsidiaries to streamline governance and attract foreign investment, while maintaining its charter capital. The company approved a 13% cash dividend for 2025 and plans a VND 1,162 billion rights issue to fund acquisitions and debt repayment. The restructuring aims to improve operational focus and risk management.
