Idico (IDC) faces a VND 104.8 million tax penalty at its Hanoi branch for filing errors, while simultaneously announcing a 15% cash dividend and 10% stock dividend for 2025, payable from retained earnings. The combined payout underscores strong cash generation despite the minor tax issue.

Foreign investors net bought nearly VND 1,400 billion on HoSE on July 10, driven by a massive VND 1,600 billion purchase in VIC. Excluding VIC, the group still net sold hundreds of billions. Net selling was seen on HNX and net buying on UPCoM.

Foreign investors net sold over VND 510 billion on June 11, with NVL, VHM, VIC and several bank stocks (TCB, VPB, HDB, EIB) as the most sold. VNM was the top net bought stock, while KBC and GVR also saw modest inflows. The selling pressure contributed to the VN-Index closing down 5 points at 1,799.
