NFC (Phan Lan Ninh Binh) declared a record 50% cash dividend for 2025, payable in May 2026, after posting record pretax profit of 173 billion VND in 2025, up 2.8x year-on-year. The company targets 2026 pretax profit of 180 billion VND, implying a fourth consecutive year of record earnings.

Foreign investors net sold over VND 1,700 billion (~USD 68.4 million) on April 23, with FPT, ACB, and VHM being the most sold stocks. The sell-off was broad-based across HOSE, HNX, and UPCOM, while PVT, VNM, and DCM saw net buying. The heavy foreign outflow adds pressure on these large-cap names despite the VN-Index rising 13 points to 1,870.
