Asean Securities (ASE) will close its shareholder list on August 17 to offer 150 million shares at VND 10,000 each, raising up to VND 1.5 trillion to fund investment and margin lending. The rights issue, at a 1:1 ratio, will double charter capital to VND 3 trillion.
